Return policy

In Lift4Life, We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why, We put our return policy at your disposal, Based on current regulations in Spain, To guarantee your rights as a consumer.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), You have the right to give up your purchase without justification within a period of 14 calendar days from product reception.

To exercise your right to withdraw:

  • You must send us a clear notification indicating your decision through an email to info@lift4life.es
  • Products must be returned in its original state, without using and in its original packaging.

2. Exclusions of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Custom or made custom -made products.
  • Products that, for hygiene or health reasons, They cannot be returned if they have been despised (For example, nutritional supplements, underwear, etc.).
  • Goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

3. Return procedure

If you want to return a product, Follow these steps:

  1. Contact our team at info@lift4life.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide the address to send return.
  3. Once we receive and check the product status, We will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 14 days.

4. Return costs

  • In case of withdrawal, The customer will be responsible for direct product return costs.
  • If the product has a manufacturing or damage defect caused during shipping, Lift4Life will cover return and replacement expenses.

5. Reimbursement

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise remembered. Penalties will not apply for reimbursement.

6. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please, Notify us within a period of 48 hours from reception. We will offer you an immediate solution, that may include:

  • Product replacement.
  • Repair (and apply).
  • Full Refund.

7. Shipping

Peninsular shipments have a cost of 5 euros. Canary Islands and Balearic Islands will have a cost of 10 euros.

If the cost of the purchase is higher than 100 euros shipping in Spain will be free.

The shipment will be made the same day that the order is made whenever it is on the work day and we estimate the delivery between 48-72h. These times will be the responsibility of the transport company and provided that normal conditions are given in terms of weather and social stability (strikes, a day,…)
