Contiene una selecta combinación de ocho cepas de bacterias ácido lácticas patentadas (FloraActive®): Lactobacillus rhamnosus 32550, Lactobacillus acidophilus 32418, Bifidobacterium lactis 32269, Streptococcus thermophilus 32319, Bifidobacterium breve 5206, Lactobacillus plantarum 5209, Bifidobacterium bifidum 32403 y Bifidobacterium longum 32946. Las cepas han sido aisladas y caracterizadas en el Hospital Universitario de Compenhague por la empresa BioCare.

Son resistentes a la acidez gástrica, no obstante, se utiliza una tecnología de protección para optimizar la integridad de las bacterias en la manipulación, almacenamiento e ingesta: la Tecnología Cryogenic®. Combinadas con fructooligosacáridos (FOS) y Zinc, que contribuye al metabolismo normal de los macronutrientes, en especial los carbohidratos y ácidos grasos, ayuda a mantener el funcionamiento normal del sistema inmune y a proteger las células frente al daño oxidativo.
